Privacy Notice
Vexqen Analytics S.A. de C.V. (“Vexqen”, “we”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. This document describes which data we process, for what purpose, and which rights you can exercise.
1. Data controller
Vexqen Analytics S.A. de C.V., with registered offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 15, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, is the controller of your data. You can contact us at contacto@vexqen.com for any question related to this Notice.
2. Data we process
We process only the data you provide via the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. Indirectly, and subject to your consent, we process technical identifiers derived from the use of the site (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) reply to your request; (ii) explain the scope of the service; (iii) keep administrative records; (iv) comply with legal obligations. We do not use it to build automated profiles with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and on our legitimate interest in responding to you appropriately. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@vexqen.com.
5. Retention
We retain your data for the time needed to reply and to comply with legal obligations, and for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
6. Third parties and transfers
We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. We may rely on technology providers (email, hosting) under agreements that ensure an adequate level of protection. We do not carry out international transfers outside of this scenario.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@vexqen.com. We will respond within the legal timeframes. You may also contact the Mexican INAI if you consider that your rights have not been addressed.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, periodic reviews and data minimisation.
9. Minors
The service is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this Notice to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be the one published on this site, with the last updated date shown.
